In no particular order:

The programme has an amazing range of topics and clearly some start speakers, but it does look to me a bit scattered and difficult to navigate, with lots of events of different sizes and mixing practical and theoretical discussions. Maybe a very visual guide/map can help during the conference.

If the objective of the conference is to kickstart some change this should be a clear driver for discussions.

The audience some times seems to be media and others activists, not to say they cannot be both but it may help with focus to clarify expectations

Without having an indication it is difficult to predict the demand for each session, so some flexibility and open space methodology could help avoid mismatching resources.

It seems that facilitation and stewards will be key to running over 10 parallel sessions.

The duration of all sessions may not need be the same.

On a personal note, I would like the Open Data workshop moved from the death slot of Sunday 9:30 to 11:30! New topics need some help to get traction.

For digital issues, it would help to have a wrap up session Sunday 2-3 to collect the wisdom discovered during the 2 days.
